In this session\, you’ll be guided into a deep meditative state as sound bowls\, chimes\, drums\, and breath work create a landscape that clears stagnant energy and awakens your inner light. \nEach tone carries ancient wisdom\, inviting your body to remember its natural harmony and your spirit to soften into alignment. As the frequencies move through you\, they help dissolve heaviness\, expand intuition\, and reconnect you with the subtle realms that hold guidance and healing. \nThis is a journey beyond the mind—an immersion into resonance\, ritual\, and soul-level restoration. Come with an open heart\, surrender to the vibrations\, and allow yourself to be held by sound as it clears\, recalibrates\, and renews your entire being. \nSession is held at Alumni Hall\, Court Street Arts\, 75 Court Street in Haverhill\, NH \nNo experience necessary\, all are welcome!
