SUMMARY:3rd Wheel - On the Lawn @ Wentworth Brown
DESCRIPTION:3rd Wheel is a dynamic musical trio that thrives on crossing genres and exceeding expectations. Featuring the remarkable talents of Gina Merlini\, Jeff Wheel\, and Tim O’Brien\, the band delivers inventive arrangements\, rich vocal harmonies\, and standout musicianship. \nWith a classical foundation and seemingly endless versatility\, Gina moves effortlessly between viola\, mandolin\, bass\, and flute\, while adding a beautiful\, expressive voice. She’s just as comfortable interpreting Frank Zappa as Norah Jones—and occasionally\nenjoys a good-natured musical debate with longtime bandmate Jeff Wheel. Jeff’s roots in rock\, jazz\, gospel\, and R&B bring energy and creativity to the band’s distinctive sound\, while drummer Tim O’Brien’s solid rock background provides the\ndriving groove that ties it all together. \nWhether performing at festivals\, breweries\, or live music venues\, 3rd Wheel offers a fresh mix of vocal duets and imaginative instrumental takes on music by Frank Zappa\, Led Zeppelin\, Prince\, Stevie Wonder\, Jeff Beck\, Jimi Hendrix and more. Every\nperformance is an eclectic musical journey that’s as entertaining as it is unexpected.\ \nWith a versatile repertoire spanning a wide range of styles and favorites\, 3rd Wheel delivers performances that captivate audiences and leave every crowd thoroughly\nentertained. \nAdmission by Donation\nConcessions Available
